HELEN LAKIN is the founder of MTM and is a fully qualified massage therapist offering both SPORTS & REMEDIAL MASSAGE or RELAXING MASSAGE. The massage services offered are either mobile or in a comfortable treatments rooms in Parkstone, Poole.
Helen continually adds to her knowledge base & completed a year long course with the renowned London School of Sports Massage (LSSM) qualifying as a BTEC LEVEL 5 SOFT TISSUE THERAPIST in 2016 having previously studied ITEC LEVEL 4 SPORTS MASSAGE & level 3 in MASSAGE TECHNIQUES. These study's require an advanced knowledge of anatomy & physiology & an array of massage techniques. Furthermore, "as a professional therapist, my learning never stops - I a committed to continually expanding my knowledge & improving my techniques as well as keeping up-to-date with new innovations & ideas. All of this is beneficial for my clients." In 2018 I undertook a course learning how to use ACUPUNCTURE to help with treating musculoskeletal conditions.

MOBILE SERVICE: available within 5 miles of Ashley Road, Parkstone, including Poole, Westbourne, Broadstone, West Bournemouth, Sandbanks. All the benefits of massage, bought direct to you in your own home - you just need room for the massage table to be set up - everything else is supplied!
